How to Plan an Earthquake-Conscious Garage Tote Rack in Utah

Most garage organization plans focus on how much will fit. In Utah, it is also sensible to ask what the storage area could do during strong shaking. A tall rack, heavy bins, narrow exit path, and improvised anchoring can create a very different problem from an untidy stack of holiday decorations.
