How to Plan a Tote Rack Around Trash and Recycling Bins

Rolling trash and recycling carts can make an otherwise sensible garage layout frustrating. They are tall, deep, opened from above, and moved on a fixed weekly route. Choose a layout that does not require a daily shuffle
